I am very happy with my overall experience! Conflicting information in the Shop app caused an issue with my order and some confusion. Since I live an hour away, I was understandably upset and directed some of my frustration toward the store, although we later realized the issue was not something they caused or could control.
The staff remained kind and professional, quickly resolved the situation, and prepared my order so I had what I needed. I truly appreciate their patience and willingness to help.
