PRESS recommendations 

Set heat press at 325-350° and use medium pressure. Remove plastic backing from transfer. Lay design on garment and cover with teflon or parchment paper. Press for 25-30 seconds. TURN INSIDE OUT AND REPEAT Peel clear sticky tape while it’s still warm. DO NOT PUT GARMET IN DRYER
