Please make sure your margins are correct, your sheet should be 15.5" wide and however long. If you set it to the paper width at 24" it will shrink down to 15.5" wide. We have preset Canva template links at the bottom of our page to help with sizing. These must be transparent background and 300 dpi (3.125 if using canva) for the best quality print.
