Wholesale Program Qualifications

Our wholesale program is available to approved businesses that use DTF transfers for commercial purposes. We work with shirt makers, shops, and transfer vendors who value quality, consistency, and long-term growth.

To apply, you must operate a legitimate business, provide a valid Retail Certificate or Tax ID, and purchase transfers for business use only. Applications are reviewed to keep the program reliable and fair for all partners.

Wholesale Pricing & How It Works

Wholesale pricing is designed to reward consistent monthly ordering, not one-time purchases. Once approved, your account starts at standard pricing and unlocks better pricing as your DTF order volume increases.

Monthly Wholesale Pricing Tiers (DTF Only)

$250+ per month → 20% off
$500+ per month → 30% off
$2,500+ per month → 40% off (limited & reviewed)

Wholesale pricing applies to DTF transfers, gang sheets, and uploaded gang sheets only. Apparel, UV DTF, patches, and sale items are excluded.

How Wholesale Pricing Is Earned

Monthly DTF spend is tracked automatically
Tiers unlock after two consecutive months of meeting the minimum
Discounts activate the following month and apply automatically at checkout
If the minimum isn’t met, pricing reverts the next month and reinstates once spend is met again

There are no membership fees and no discount codes to manage.
