• Online apparel brands and boutiques
  
• Transfer vendors and resellers
  
• Established or growing businesses using DTF for commercial purposes
  

Whether you press in-house or resell transfers, we understand different business models and review each application individually.

Business Requirements

To qualify for wholesale consideration, applicants must:

• Operate a legitimate business (full-time or part-time)
  
• Provide a valid Retail Certificate / Tax ID
  
• Purchase DTF transfers for business use only
  
• Place orders online through our website
  

This helps us protect pricing and availability for businesses who depend on consistent production.

Why We Limit Wholesale Access

Our wholesale program is intentionally curated.

We do this to:

• Protect turnaround times during busy seasons
  
• Maintain consistent quality across all orders
  
• Ensure wholesale pricing stays meaningful and sustainable
  
• Avoid oversaturation from short-term or fly-by-night accounts
  

Wholesale works best when everyone involved is committed and operating with similar expectations.

A Note About Transfer Vendors & Resellers

We are open to working with transfer vendors and resellers.

However, wholesale access for transfer vendors is reviewed carefully to ensure:

• Alignment with our production capacity
  
• Fair market practices
  
• Long-term sustainability for all wholesale partners
  

Approval is not automatic and may vary based on volume, business model, and market considerations.

Approval Does Not Guarantee Immediate Discounts

Submitting an application and being approved grants access to the wholesale program, but wholesale pricing is earned through consistent monthly purchase volume.

Discount tiers unlock after minimum purchase requirements are met and are reviewed regularly.

Wholesale Pricing & How It Works

Our wholesale pricing is designed to reward consistent monthly ordering, not one-time purchases. Once approved, your account starts at standard pricing and automatically unlocks better pricing as your DTF order volume increases.

Monthly Wholesale Pricing Tiers (DTF Only)

• $250+ per month → 20% off
  
• $700+ per month → 30% off
  
• $2,500+ per month → 40% off (limited & reviewed)
  

Wholesale pricing applies to DTF transfers, gang sheets, and uploaded gang sheets only. Apparel, UV DTF, patches, and sale items are excluded.

How Wholesale Pricing Is Earned

• Monthly DTF spend is tracked automatically
  
• Tier pricing is unlocked after two consecutive months of meeting the minimum
  
• Your discount activates the following month and applies automatically at checkout
  
• If the minimum isn’t met, pricing reverts the next month and reinstates once spend is met again
  

There are no membership fees and no discount codes to manage — pricing adjusts based on activity.

Important Notes

• Wholesale pricing is reviewed regularly to keep the program fair and sustainable
  
• High-volume tiers are limited and subject to approval
  
• Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions
